Americans for Prosperity-Kansas to launch statewide campaign in support of fiscal restraint in the Kansas Legislature

The Kansas chapter of the national pro-taxpayer group Americans for Prosperity is launching a statewide, multi-media campaign to call attention to the need for Kansas lawmakers to limit state spending.

“Out-of-control state spending is leading to a fiscal crisis in the state of Kansas, and we want to help inform the public of the consequences of overspending tax dollars,” said AFP-Kansas State Director Alan Cobb. “We’re reaching out to the public through radio and newspaper ads, and through a new website, where Kansans can learn facts about state government spending.”
